Less Maintenance, More Time for You

Moving to a retirement village does not mean giving up the things you love about having your own home. It can mean giving up many of the jobs you would rather not spend your retirement doing.

At Laguna Estate, the wider village grounds and maintenance are looked after by the team, including landscaping and maintenance support across plumbing, electrical and building repairs.

That means less time worrying about lawns, gutters, repairs and ongoing property maintenance, and more time to enjoy your home, your surroundings and everything the Noosa lifestyle has to offer.

Travel, spend time with family, meet friends for lunch, take part in village activities or simply enjoy a quiet afternoon at home. The idea is simple: your retirement should give you more freedom to enjoy your time.

Privacy when you want it, community when you don't

One of the advantages of retirement living at Laguna Estate is being able to enjoy the privacy of your own home without feeling isolated. Step outside your front door and an established community, extensive facilities and regular activities are all within the village.

Residents have access to swimming pools, a gymnasium, indoor and outdoor bowls, community spaces, a cinema, library, dining facilities, lounge and bar areas, BBQ spaces and more.

You might start your morning with a swim, meet friends for an activity, enjoy lunch in the dining room or spend the entire day relaxing at home.

"My life choice to buy into Laguna Retirement Estate is simply the best decision that I have made. The location is so central to Noosa River, local shops, doctors, dentist and the Farmers Market, with public transport at the gate. The facilities at Laguna are amazing and the lush gardens are impeccably maintained; a very warm, friendly and capable staff take care of all concerns; and importantly, there is an on call nurse. Laguna has a real sense of community; although there are 260 residents, one’s own space is private."

“We moved into Laguna Estate 16 years ago after retiring at the age of 55 and never looked back. We feel very content living at Laguna, we have travelled a lot since moving in and know that everything will be looked after while we are away. These have been some of the happiest years of our lives. The estate has a resort-style feel. It’s like being on holidays 365 days of the year. With 24-hour Emergency call system, we feel very safe and secure. Laguna Estate is the way to go, within walking distance to all amenities Doctors, Shopping Centres, Restaurants etc. Where else would you want to live? I love being part of the Laguna Family.”
